In September, 2012 a wide assortment of cottage cheeses by TM «Yagotynske» was enriched by a new position — cottage cheese «Domashniy» with the fat content 0% and 9,5% in a new small package.

The product portfolio of «Slavia» trade mark was widen by cottage cheeses
A wide range of cottage cheeses with different fat content and flavor is now produced under «Slavia» trademark: cottage cheese with fat content of 0%, 5% and 9.5% and weight of 230g, cottage cheese «Domashniy» with 0% and 9.5% of fat content and weight of 400g, and sweet cottage cheeses with vanilla, raisins and dried apricots and different fat content and weight.

Bashtanskyy cheese plant is expanding the range of products, produced under the trademark «Slavia»
Bashtanskyy cheese plant`s product portfolio is now filled with new types of dairy products — sour clotted milk from the oven with fat content of 2.5% and weight 350 g, adjoint milk with fat content of 4% and weight 1000 g. milk with fat content of 3.2% and weight 1000 g and sour cream with fat content of 15% and weight 450 g.

Center of Expertise “Test”: There is no vegetable fats in hard cheese produced by Pyryatynsky and Bashtansky cheese plants
On April 12, 2012 during a press conference in Kiev the Center of Expertise “Test” published study results of 22 samples of cheese. Among them 15 samples were produced in Ukraine and are forbidden to sell in Russia, 5 samples were produced in Russia and 2 — in Belarus. In this independent study hard cheese from Bashtansky and Pyryatynsky cheese plants were tested.

Cheese “Grace” — а new product by “The Slavia” trade mark
Bashtansky cheese plant began to produce a new type of cheese, entitled “Grace." The new product belongs to soft cheeses with the low fat content, is a natural product and is recommended to tpeople, adhering to diet. Cheese “Grace” 20% fat in dry matter is produced by the state standard GATS 46.056–2003 “Cheese Rennet semi-reduced fat content.”

Yagotynsky butter plant increases the amount of cottage cheese production
In December 2011 a new cottage cheese production department was launched at the Yagotynsky butter plant. The new equipment will increase the production of this type of product up to 8 tons per day. Within 11 months of the year 2011 Yagotinsky butter processing plant produced and sold 3,477 tons of cottage cheese.

Yagotynsky butter processing plant reported on its activities to journalists
On December 16, 2011, Yagotynsky butter processing plant presented the financial results of the year to journalists during a press tour to the plant. A lot of journalists visited the press tour. Among them were representatives of business, social and specialized media, and TV reporters.During the press tour, journalists were able to see the producing process of all products of the plant, taste all the products and communicate with the management of the Milk Alliance holding and Yagotynsky butter processing plant on a specially organized press conference.

Bashtanka will have fresh air again
Bashtansky cheese plant up-to-date wastewater treatment facilities building and biogas production – is a new and unique project realized at Bashtansky cheese plant. Dairy plants’ wastewater does not meet sewage requirements. It is strong and highly concentrated and cause irreparable damage to nature and water. The project was developed, patented and implemented by the Ukrainian technological company (UTC) during 2010-2011 years. The term of the project’s recoupment is 2-5 years.
