On November 23, 2012 Zolotonisky butter-processing integrated works, one of the best companies in the dairy industry of Ukraine, which is a part of Milk Alliance holding since 2000, has celebrated its 80th anniversary.
A new specialized plant for producing dairy products for children is launched in Kiev region
On October 25, 2012 in Zgurovka (Kiev region) was launched the first and the only full-scale project in Ukraine — a new specialized plant for producing dairy food for children, a branch of Yagotynskiy butter plant «Yagotynske for children». The new plant in Zgurovka joined the «Milk Alliance» holding family, which also consists of another 8 powerful dairy enterprises throughout Ukraine.
The «Molochny shliah» trade mark, by which Pyryatynsky cheese plant produces cheese, is now called «Pyriatyn»
In February 2012 the «Molochny shliah» trade mark, which is included in the product portfolio of the «Milk Alliance» holding and is produced at Pyryatinsky cheese plant, was renamed into the brand «Pyriatyn». Such decision was made in order to increase brand awareness among consumers.
Yagotynsky butter plant started to produce cottage cheese «Domashniy» in a small package with the weight of 200 g
In September, 2012 a wide assortment of cottage cheeses by TM «Yagotynske» was enriched by a new position — cottage cheese «Domashniy» with the fat content 0% and 9,5% in a new small package.
The product portfolio of «Slavia» trade mark was widen by cottage cheeses
A wide range of cottage cheeses with different fat content and flavor is now produced under «Slavia» trademark: cottage cheese with fat content of 0%, 5% and 9.5% and weight of 230g, cottage cheese «Domashniy» with 0% and 9.5% of fat content and weight of 400g, and sweet cottage cheeses with vanilla, raisins and dried apricots and different fat content and weight.
Bashtanskyy cheese plant is expanding the range of products, produced under the trademark «Slavia»
Bashtanskyy cheese plant`s product portfolio is now filled with new types of dairy products — sour clotted milk from the oven with fat content of 2.5% and weight 350 g, adjoint milk with fat content of 4% and weight 1000 g. milk with fat content of 3.2% and weight 1000 g and sour cream with fat content of 15% and weight 450 g.
Center of Expertise “Test”: There is no vegetable fats in hard cheese produced by Pyryatynsky and Bashtansky cheese plants
On April 12, 2012 during a press conference in Kiev the Center of Expertise “Test” published study results of 22 samples of cheese. Among them 15 samples were produced in Ukraine and are forbidden to sell in Russia, 5 samples were produced in Russia and 2 — in Belarus. In this independent study hard cheese from Bashtansky and Pyryatynsky cheese plants were tested.
Cheese “Grace” — а new product by “The Slavia” trade mark
Bashtansky cheese plant began to produce a new type of cheese, entitled “Grace." The new product belongs to soft cheeses with the low fat content, is a natural product and is recommended to tpeople, adhering to diet. Cheese “Grace” 20% fat in dry matter is produced by the state standard GATS 46.056–2003 “Cheese Rennet semi-reduced fat content.”
The Russians appreciated the quality of Pyryatynsky Dairy Plant products
The products of Pyryatynsky dairy plant has received the highest award for the quality at the regional contest of the Belgorod region of Russian Federation. The contest «Consumer’s Choice» was held from November 1 to December 1, 2011.

Yagotynsky butter plant increases the amount of cottage cheese production
In December 2011 a new cottage cheese production department was launched at the Yagotynsky butter plant. The new equipment will increase the production of this type of product up to 8 tons per day. Within 11 months of the year 2011 Yagotinsky butter processing plant produced and sold 3,477 tons of cottage cheese.
