Product portfolio of Slavia™ is now filled with new types of dairy products — sour cream 15% 300 g, Zakvaska (ferment) «pear-vanilla», «apple-cinnamon» 2,5% fat 450 g, and ultra pasteurized milk with a fat content of 2,6% and 3,2%, 950 g.

Sour cream TM «Slavia» is made of high quality natural cow’s milk. Shelf life of sour cream is not more than 10 days. Natural sour cream made by Bashtansky cheese plant has moderately thick and smooth consistency and fresh dairy flavor and contains macro-and micronutrients and a lot of vitamins. Sour cream is well accepted by any human and is an indispensable product for people with disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.

Zakvaska (ferment) «pear-vanilla», «apple-cinnamon» by TM «Slavia» 2,5% fat complete the range of this type of product by TM «Slavia». It is composed of natural and skimmed cow’s milk, fermented crops, fruit fillings. It is one of the most healthy lactic acid product, which contains the microorganisms 10 times more than kefir. Shelf life of zakvaska is no more than 7 days. Zakvaska is necessary to maintain intestinal health, which affects the skin, immune system and overall body tone. They improve digestion, treat dysbiosis. For a more thorough cleansing of the body it is recommended to drink zakvaska in the evening, instead of dinner.

Ultra pasteurized milk TM «Slavia», 2.6, and 3.2% fat, 950 g is available in Tetra Pak. The product consists of skimmed and unskimmed cow’s milk. It is a safe and healthy product in modern pakaging Tetra Pak, which keeps product fresh for a long time. In the absence of direct sunlight and temperatures below 25 °C, the milk can be stored up to 180 days. Drinking quality milk helps to cope with digestive, nervous, cardiovascular and immune systems problems, improves skin, hair and mucous membranes.

Raw materials used for the production of all products by Bashtansky cheese plant meets the requirements of state standards in quality and sanitary regulations.
