Yagotynske for Children expands lactose-free dairy product range

Well-known children’s dairy brand Yagotynske for Children launches a line of lactose-free dairy products for children aged 6 and 8 months: cottage cheese 5% fat, yogurt 3% fat and kefir 3.2% fat.

“Yagotynske for Children lactose-free sour milk products are made from high quality milk. The technological process of production includes bactofuging and high-temperature processing of milk. Due to the breakdown of lactose into glucose and galactose, the product has a sweet taste and retains all the benefits of natural fermented milk product,” — Igor Prylipko, Director of the Yagotynske for Children, said.

It should be noted that the enzyme that is added to break down lactose is approved for usage in the production of baby food. Yagotinske for Children lactose-free cottage cheese is available in plastic glasses on 100 g. The product is intended for children having lactose intolerance, aged from 6 months. Kefir and yogurt are available in a branded glass bottle of 200 grams and are recommended for babies who are lactose intolerant, aged 8 months.

Let us remind that Yagotynske for Children product range also includes ultrapasteurized lactose-free milk 3.2% fat for children from 9 months, and ultrapasteurized lactose-free milk 2.5% fat for children from 2 years old. The product is available in a convenient Tetra Pak package and has a long shelf life up to 90 days.
