Bashtansky cheese plant began to produce a new type of cheese, entitled “Grace." The new product belongs to soft cheeses with the low fat content, is a natural product and is recommended to tpeople, adhering to diet. Cheese “Grace” 20% fat in dry matter is produced by the state standard GATS 46.056–2003 “Cheese Rennet semi-reduced fat content.”

The new assortment position by TM “Slavia” is made of natural milk without adding vegetable fats, antibiotics, preservatives and other harmful compounds. Cheese “Grace” has a delight, soft and slightly sour taste, quite strong, elastic homogeneous consistency and typical for the bulk cheese oval, irregular or angular shaped eyes. Its color varies from white to light yellow or yellow. The cheese “Grace” can be stored for 6 months at a temperature from minus 4°С to 0°C and up to 4 months at temperatures from 0°С to 6°C.

The new product family “Slavia” tastes great not only for sandwiches. Because of its light and delicate taste, it is perfect for salads, pizza, pasta and potatoes. In addition, the cheese “Grace” belongs to the category of cheeses with reduced fat content, therefore it is particularly suitable for those people who like diets, count calories, watch their weight and lead a healthy lifestyle.
