Since April 2013 «Yagotynsky butter plant» started production of sour cream 15% fat pack 350 g.
Sour cream TM «Yagotynske» — it is a healthy milk product made from natural cow’s milk. Sour cream consists of pasteurized cow’s milk and starter pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria. The product has a homogeneous thick consistency, with no grains of fat or protein. The taste of sour cream is of fresh dairy cream, color — white with cream shade. Product’s shelf life is not more than 7 days.
Sour cream is a source of vitamins, organic acids, macro-and microelements, protein. Calcium in product builds strong bones and teeth, and potassium helps in case of problems with the blood vessels and the heart. Sour cream with a high fat content is used to raise the appetite and improve digestion. Product will help in dealing with stress and depression. A few spoonfuls of sour cream can relieve fatigue, lift the mood, recover after a hard day.
