Taste Awards

This year in The Branch tasting competition of dairy products quality 2011, which was organized in Kiev by The Ukrainian National Association of Milkmen “Ukrmolprom” and The Central Branch Tasting Commission, five industrial enterprises of “Milk Alliance” Holding won a victory. Yagotynsky butter plant, Bashtansky cheese plant, Pyryatynsky dairy plant, Zolotonisky butter-processing integrated plant and Gorodenkisky cheese plant received the awards of the highest grade.

The gold medal of the tasting competition of dairy products quality was presented to Yagotynsky butter plant for ryazhenka from the stove (4%) and zakvaska (ferment) “Yagotynska” with peach-passionfruit taste (2.5%). The grand prize of the contest won the sour clotted milk from the stove (2.5%).

Bashtansky cheese plant won “gold” for the sweet pasty cheese “Chocolate” and “Honey” 30%. The grand prize was presented to the cheese “La Skaviya” 50% with the melted milk taste TM “Slavia”.

Pyryatynsky dairy plant won the gold medal for the cheese “Lion Heart” 50% and the grand prize of the tasting competition of dairy products quality for cheese rosiisky classic 50% by TM “Molochny Shlyakh”.

The gold medal of the competition received cheese rosiisky 50% produced by Zolotonisky butter-processing integrated plant. And Gorodenkivsky cheese plant won “gold” for cheese parmesan 40% by TM “Zdorovo”.
