Bashtansky cheese plant has mastered production of a new product in the category of soft cheeses — Slavia Cream Cheese 20% fat. It is made from cow's milk and cream with the use of bacterial starter cultures.

Slavia Cream Cheese has a soft smooth consistency and does not require a period of maturation. The product characterized by the following organoleptic characteristics: white color, a moderately pronounced cheese flavor, moderately salty, clean dairy flavor and aroma, viscous paste-like consistency.

Cream cheese is used as a self-starter, as sandwich filling, filling for rolls in Japanese cuisine and dumplings in Ukrainian. In addition it is included in the recipes of many cakes and pastries.
