Parmental is a decent analogue of European quality cheeses, affordable for Ukrainians.

Cheese Parmental is made from normalized pasteurized milk with bacterial cultures of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria, and enzyme preparation of microbial origin that coagulates milk. The minimum period of Parmental maturation is 2 month.

The consistency of the cheese is homogeneous throughout the mass, plastic; the structure is brittle. Incision of the cheese is without patterns, but singles «eyes» are allowed. The color of slice is from white to yellow, homogeneous throughout the mass. The product flavor is cheesy, spicy, savory, without foreign tastes and odors.
