The portfolio of lactose-free products of the famous dairy brand Yagotynske is expanding. Yagotynske butter plant launched the production of lactose-free sour cream with 15% fat in the plastic cup of 300 grams.

“Our latcose-free sour cream is produced based on the traditional recipe for Yagotynska sour cream from extra-grade cow’s milk, which is supplied to the plant by certified farms. Lactose-free sour cream TM Yagotynska differs from classic sour cream in a more pronounced sweetish taste, but, at the same time, retains all the beneficial properties of this product,” Igor Prilipko, General Director of the Yagotynsky Butter Plant, said.

Lactose-free sour cream has a delicate texture and a mild sweet taste. The main advantage of this product over others in this category on the market is that Yagotynska lactose-free sour cream is produced by adding the lactase enzyme to milk, which breaks down lactose into other simple sugars — glucose and galactose.

Let us remind you that today the lactose-free line of the well known in Ukraine Yagotynske brand includes the following products: UHT milk, kefir, cottage cheese, butter of two types of fat content — 73% and 82.5%, as well as sour cream 15% fat content.
