Meeting the unique novelty from the brand «Yagotynske for Children» — lactose-free milk

Yagotynske for Children Enetrprise starts up a new assortment position — lactose-free milk for children. It will be made from “extra” class milk, which is supplied to the enterprise by large farms that have the appropriate certification.

“The enzyme used to produce lactose-free milk underwent a series of mandatory examinations, as a result of which it was allowed for use in the manufacture of baby food. Production of lactose-free milk is carried out at a specialized enterprise on high-tech equipment using the enzymatic method of production and modern ultrapasterization technologies”, said Olga Stepanenko, chief process engineer of the Molochny Alliance group of companies.

Lactose-free milk TM Yagotynske for Children has already passed a series of studies. Its safety and quality is confirmed by the Conclusion of the state sanitary and hygienic examination. Due to the splitting of lactose into glucose and galactose, the product has a very pleasant sweet taste and retains all the benefits of natural milk.

“The uniqueness of lactose-free milk TM Yagotynske for Children in front of lactose-free milk from other manufacturers lies in the fact that our milk is included in the category ‘baby’ and is intended for children from 9 months. But it can also be consumed by adults who are lactose intolerant”, said Lyudmila Bardakova, head of the production control laboratory at the Yagotynske for Children.

Lactose-free milk TM Yagotynske for Children will be produced in the package Tetra Pak of 950 grams.

Besides, the Yagotynske for Children is a unique for Ukraine separately built specialized factory for the production of baby milk food. It is equipped with the most modern equipment manufacturers. The plant produces a full range of dairy products for children from 6 months under the trademark Yagotynske for Children, ultra-pasteurized milk and cream under the TM Yagotynske, as well as yogurts and curd desserts TM Hopsy.

From January 10, 2016, the Yagotynske for Children plant received the right to export its own products to EU countries.
