The increased protein content in the skyr is achieved through concentration using ultrafiltration. Skyr has a thick texture and high nutritional value, making it an ideal option for post-workout recovery, a healthy snack during the workday, or an energy boost on long journeys. Available flavors include Strawberry, Peach–Passion Fruit, and Plain.
