Yagotynske Launches Thermostatic Sour Cream in a Cup

Yagotynske has expanded its range of natural dairy products with the introduction of a new 15% fat thermostatic sour cream. The product is available in a convenient 300 g cup.
The key feature of the thermostatic production method is that the fermentation process takes place directly in the retail cup. Fresh natural cream and a starter culture containing pure lactic acid bacteria are poured into individual cups and transferred to special fermentation chambers with precisely controlled temperatures.
As the finished product is not stirred after fermentation, it fully preserves its natural, smooth, glossy curd structure.
This production method gives the sour cream its distinctive thick texture and delicate creamy taste with a subtle tangy note. Thermostatic sour cream is an excellent choice for enriching hot dishes, preparing sauces, or creating a variety of baked goods and desserts.
The new Yagotynske Thermostatic Sour Cream is now available on the shelves of supermarkets and grocery stores across Ukraine.
