The cheese family of one of the most famous cheese brands Pyriatyn replenished with a unique cheese for the Ukrainian market. It has the same name with the trademark name — Pyriatyn, and is made by analogy to the relatively young, but already known in Europe Danish cheese Havarti.

Pyriatyn cheese 50% fat

This cheese has a delicate, elastic, homogeneous texture with “eyes” of a narrow shape. This cheese ripens within 30 days and has a strongly marked cheese flavor with a slight sourness. Cheese Pyriatyn melts well, so it can be used in cooking as an ingredient for making sandwiches and salads, soups, pasta and vegetable dishes. It can be served as a snack with fruits, nuts and white wine.

Besides, at the end of 2016 assortment portfolio of well-known Ukrainian cheese Pyriatyn brand added novelty — the cheese with a long maturation period — Old Parmental. This is absolutely new cheese on the Ukrainian market with maturation period of not less than 3 months. It has 40% a share fat and is made from natural cow milk.
