Milk Alliance Group of Companies declares an attempt of unfair competition and targeted actions of spreading negative and false information about the products manufactured by the Branch of Yagotynsky Butter-Processing Plant Yagotynske for Children.
09.08.2016 UNN online news agency posted information about the results of checking for compliance with the criteria of children’s dairy products quality conducted by UNN journalists together with NGO «All-Ukrainian Association for Protection of Consumer Rights «Spozhivcha Dovira» and the National Centre of agricultural products certification and examination. It was stated, that three products, manufactured at the Branch of Yagotynsky Butter-Processing Plant Yagotynske for Children — sterilized vitamin-enriched drinking cow-milk, 3.2% fat, for children over 9 months TM Yagotynske for children (glass bottle), drinking UHT vitamin-enriched cow-milk, 3.2% fat, for children over 9 months TM Yagotynske for children (Tetra Pak) and yoghurt 2.5% fat with raspberry and eglantine for children over 8 months TM Yagotynske for children — contain antibiotics.
We have to declare that information published by UNN news agency together with the NGO «All-Ukrainian Association for Protection of Consumer Rights «Spozhivcha Dovira» is untrue and is a purely sponsored. This publication has all the features of a biased material; namely, publication of questionable research conducted by precarious laboratories with the intention to promote an unknown social organization and involve well-known food producers in the process of proving their innocence. This is deliberate distortion of the test results, falsification of test samples, and spreading untruthful information.
Branch of Yagotynsky Butter-Processing Plant Yagotynske for Children is one of the enterprises of Ukrainian dairy industry, which passed a tough certification by the commission of the European Union and obtained the right to export products to EU countries.
Milk Alliance Group considers published information to be sponsored, and intends to defend its business reputation in court. We emphasize that Yagotynsky Butter Plant has also filed a lawsuit for protection of business reputation and the denial of information on the results of the butter TM Yagotynske examination. We ask our customers not to perceive this information as truthful and have critical attitude to the news, which are sponsored.
