Yagotynsky Butter Plant begins production of an innovational functional fermented dairy product Gerolakt in a new package - a bottle with a net weight of 300 grams.

Yagotynsky Gerolakt  differs from other fermented dairy beverages with peculiarity of its flora and components of its formulation. In particular, the drink containы the bacteria Streptococcus thermophiles and probiotic Enterococcus faecium.

This fermented dairy product is intended for nutrition of people of different age groups in order to lower cholesterol levels, normalize blood glucose levels, prevent diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, etc.

The history of the drink begins in 1984, when the scientists of the Institute of Food Resources, Institute of Gerontology set out to find the longevity secret of Southern Caucasus inhabitants. Technology of Gerolakt production was developed with usage of special bacterial concentrate from traditional lactic acid bacteria, and culture characteristic for long-livers of the Southern Caucasus.

In the line of TM Yagotynske, Gerolakt fermented dairy product is also available in Pure Pak packaging with a net weight of 500 grams.
