Milk Alliance and TM Yagotynske confirmed the status of sales leaders in the milk category on the Ukrainian market

Milk Alliance Group of Companies retained its position of leader in terms of milk sales in Ukraine. The share of Milk Alliance in Q1 2017 was 18.5% in volume and 18.8% in value, according to Tetra Pak expert analysis. Among milk brands, TM Yagotynske continues to lead and increase turnover, both in volume and value. The share in sales in Q1 2017 was 16.8% in volume and 17.2% in value.

Representing the flavored milk category with only one product — Cocoa milk — Milk Alliance and TM Yagotynske managed to keep the leading positions in volume confidently, with share of 34.2% respectively.

“These figures are an indicator of our consumers’ trust in the quality of the products we release. We are grateful to them for staying with us, and we, in turn, intend to further improve the quality of our products and expand the range of interesting and useful dairy products”, — Sergei Vovchenko, Head of the Milk Alliance Supervisory Board, said.

Let us remind that in 2016 products under TM Yagotynske have taken winning positions in nine categories of the annual competition of trademarks “Favorites of Success” in Ukraine. According to the results of an independent study of consumer preferences, the best were identified: zakvaska, ryazhenka, sour cream, milk, kefir, cottage cheese, yoghurt, sweet cottage cheese and butter.
