Milky Alliance Marks the 20th Anniversary of Its Foundation

June 23, 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the official registration and legal establishment of Milky Alliance Group. This milestone celebrates two decades of leadership, innovation, and consistent development in the Ukrainian dairy market.
The establishment of the management company in 2006 laid a strong legal and strategic foundation for overseeing significant production assets. However, the modern history of Milky Alliance as a unified and consolidated manufacturing group has its own distinctive timeline.
The actual integration of Ukraine’s leading dairy enterprises under a single operational and strategic umbrella was completed in 2008. It was then that a unique synergy of industrial capacities was fully formed, bringing together flagship companies of the Ukrainian dairy industry, including Yagotyn Butter Plant PJSC, Pyriatyn Cheese Factory LLC, Zolotonosha Butter-Making Plant LLC, and Bashtanka Butter Plant LLC.
Therefore, the company distinguishes between its legal foundation date and the actual anniversary marking the beginning of its joint large-scale operations.
Over the years, Milky Alliance has become a benchmark of reliability, bringing together well-known brands such as Yagotynske, Yagotynske for Children, Pyriatyn, Slavia, and Milky Alliance. The Group consistently invests in the modernization of production lines, process digitalization, and the implementation of stringent raw material quality control standards.
