PJS Gorodenka Cheese Plant has received a food products safety management system certificate according to the requirements of international standard ISO 22000: 2005. This document proves that the system of food safety management regarding production of milk, dairy butter, fermented dairy products, milk powder, dry whey, hard cheese, cottage cheese and cheese products manufactured at Gorodenka Cheese Factory meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 22000: 2007, taking into account current regulations in Ukraine. This standard is developed for the organizations that are eager to demonstrate their ability to systematically produce products of high quality that meet consumer’s needs.

Sergey Vovchenko, the Chairman of the Board of JSC Milk Alliance, comments: “We have initiated an international certification of the factory ourselves. The certification audit was conducted by JP Ivano-Frankovsk-Standard-Metrology. During the audit, all operating units of the plant were tested, and it was proven that the quality control system at the plant operates in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 22000: 2007. This certificate is an important factor of consumers’ and business partners’ trust for Gorodenka Cheese Plant.”
