It is a hard curd cheese made of selected pasteurized milk. It belongs to cheeses of elite class. This cheese has noble slightly piquant flavor and taste of wild flowers and honey. When cutting the image is performed by irregular hole-like and round cheese-eyes. The absence of cheese-eyes is acceptable.
