Cheese «Maasdamer»

 

It is a hard curd cheese made of selected pasteurized milk. It belongs to cheeses of elite class. It has bright yellow colouring. The consistency is soft elastic with evenly distributed round cheese-eyes that vary from pin to pea size. It has a tasty sweetish-nutty taste specific for this type of cheese.
