Pasteurized whey is received in the result of milk curdling due to acid micro flora used to produce sour milk curd. Whey contains a great number of vitamin C and B, vitamin B2 gives whey greenish-yellow colouring. Whey is a very important valuable product in everyday feeding and is recommended for eating by all age categories.
