“Liubytelsky” cheese belongs to a group of soft rennet cheese.
It is made of pasteurized milk by its coagulation with special enzyme preparations, using cultures of dairy bacteria.
Cheese consistency is soft and homogeneous. The color varies from white to yellow and is homogeneous as well.
There is no drawing on the cheese, but sometimes irregularly shaped cells can be found there.
“Liubytelsky” cheese is not processed with high-temperature while production, so it keeps the most useful components of the milk.
