Cheese Brynza

Cheese “Brynza” refers to a group of brine cheeses and is produced of pasteurized cow’s milk.

Its taste and smell are clear, sour, moderately salty, and it has plastic consistency. Cheese’s dough is slightly fragile, but not brittle.

There is no drawing on the cheese, but sometimes irregularly shaped cells can be found there.

The color varies from white to yellow and is homogeneous. The kirk is clean and smooth with a perforation track.

“Brynza” is a valuable source of protein. Cheese “Brynza” is not processed with high-temperature while production, so it keeps the most useful components of the milk.
