Ryazenka in an assortment

Ryazhenka Yagotinska is made from cow’s pasteurized baked milk, ripped with pure culture ferments of lactic acid bacteria. Pasteurized normalized mixture for ryazenka is kept at a temperature of 95-99 oC for 3-5 hours to achieve light creamy color. Ryazhenka Yagotinska has high nutritional, dietary and medical properties. It has soft creamy taste with baked milk odor.
