Pasteurized milk Yagotynske is a rich source of dietary fats, proteins, lactose, mineral salts and vitamins. Milk is composed of essential amino-acids, and poly non-saturated fat acids that are of great importance for the human body. There are facts that calcium contained in milk is assimilated better when compared to calcium in other food products. At Yagotynsky creamery milk is used for production of sourmilk products and also as a separate food product.

Baked milk Yagotynske is made from original pasteurized milk with adding cream and its baking for 3,5-4 hours to achieve creamy color. It has clean milk taste with nut after-taste.
