Yagotinskoe Dairy Butter Selyanske is made of cow milk and gotes, mainly from suckling fat, and also albumens, vitamins and lactobiose. All types of Yagotinskoe butter are made from natural creams and got as a result of full-milk separation. Vegetable oils or other additions are not used.
