Kefir Yagotynsky belongs to dietary lactic acid products of mixed fermentation. But for lactic acid fermentation it is exposed to spirituous fermentation. Dietary and medical properties of the kefir are explained by positive influence of micro-organisms and matters that are generated during milk ripening on the human organism. Kefir has a fresh sourmilk taste and homogeneous consistency.
