Zolotonosha Butter-Making Combine has passed an international certification audit on the food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of FSSC 22000: 2015. The audit was conducted by SGS at the initiative of Milk Alliance group.

«The Food Safety System Certification 22000 is a reliable scheme for the audit and certification of the food safety management system in the food supply chain, which is based on ISO standards recognized internationally. With the FSSC 22000:2015 certificate, our company has confirmed that all the requirements of the food safety management system are being met and, accordingly, all manufactured products are of high quality and safe for humans. This gives us the opportunity to enter into agreements with many countries, as well as to comply with the requirements of a number of international retail chains and leading food brands», Vladislav Kulinich, head of the board of Zolotonosha Butter-Making Combine said.

Within the audit, all departments of the enterprise were checked, records were kept, production sanitary standards were observed, and personnel was questioned for knowledge of the requirements of FSSC 22000:2015.

According to the rating scale, Zolotonosha Butter-Making Combine has received the highest score — 12. The certificate will be valid for 3 years. However, the SGS auditors are going to conduct annual technical supervision to confirm compliance with the requirements of the system.

It should be noted that FSSC 22000:2015 provides for specific commitments of senior management and forces to analyze customer requirements, identify processes and demonstrate consistent control over detected threats, update and improve the system by making changes to processes, requirements and rules.

Moreover, Zolotonosha Butter-Making Combine also complies to state food safety management system. Specialists of the State Enterprise Cherkassystandartmetrologiya held it in March 2012. In addition, since January 10, 2016 Zolotonosha Butter-Making Combine has the right to export its products to the European Union.
