Bashtansky cheese plant began production of a new cheese Ukrainian with fat content 50% in dry matter. The novelty is manufactured according to state standard DSTU 4421: 2006.

Ukrainian cheese has a slightly spicy, intense cheese flavor without foreign tastes and smells. Has delicate texture with a small amount of cells, round and oval. Ukrainian cheese is made from cow's milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria and enzyme preparation of microbial origin.

It is a natural healthy product that contains only milk fats. Ukrainian cheese can be used as a standalone product, but it also goes perfectly with wine and fruit. This cheese can be a great addition to baked dishes, such as pizza, pasta, lasagna and the like.
