On April 12, 2012 during a press conference in Kiev the Center of Expertise “Test” published study results of 22 samples of cheese. Among them 15 samples were produced in Ukraine and are forbidden to sell in Russia, 5 samples were produced in Russia and 2 — in Belarus. Bashtansky cheese plant began to produce a new type of cheese, entitled “Grace." The new product belongs to soft cheeses with the low fat content, is a natural product and is recommended to tpeople, adhering to diet. In December 2011 a new cottage cheese production department was launched at the Yagotynsky butter plant. The new equipment will increase the production of this type of product up to 8 tons per day. Within 11 months of the year 2011 Yagotinsky butter processing plant produced and sold 3,477 tons of cottage cheese. read news

On December 16, 2011, Yagotynsky butter processing plant presented the financial results of the year to journalists during a press tour to the plant. A lot of journalists visited the press tour. Among them were representatives of business, social and specialized media, and TV reporters.

Bashtansky cheese plant up-to-date wastewater treatment facilities building and biogas production – is a new and unique project realized at Bashtansky cheese plant. Dairy plants’ wastewater does not meet sewage requirements. It is strong and highly concentrated and cause irreparable damage to nature and water. The project was developed, patented and implemented by the Ukrainian technological company (UTC) during 2010-2011 years. The term of the project’s recoupment is 2-5 years. read news
