Today Yagotynsky Butter Plant manufactures 36 kinds of dairy under TM Yagotynske: butter, milk, sour cream, kefir, ryazhenka, thermostatic dairy products, soft and cottage cheese, yoghurts, know-how of the enterprise – drinking zakvaska with and without fillers, and well as new items: functional fermented dairy product Gerolakt, Cocoa with Milk, Big Milk and Big Kefir. More than 900 people work at the plant.
A hallmark of the plant is considered to be dairy butter TM Yagotynske, which have got a lot of rewards, high reputation, and love of Ukrainians for almost 60 years of its existence. The pride of the company is also unique fermented product – zakvaska Yagotynska with a high content of specially selected beneficial lactic acid bacteria, which ensure the product soft taste and exceptional benefits for the body. Yagotynsky Butter Plant first developed and started manufacturing ready-to-eat zakvaska, creating a new product category in the Ukrainian dairy market. Steady growth in manufacturing and sales of the product at the plant (from 300 to 30 000 liters per day for ten years of zakvaska existence) proves rapid development of zakvaska category.
Production of new SKUs under TM Yagotynske, such as: cottage cheese Domashniy, thermostat products (clabber, ryazhenka, sour cream Out of Stove), Gerolakt and Cocoa became possible due to new equipment installation at the plant. At fermented products shop reconstruction of production lines with putting into operation 17 tanks with (total volume of 92 square meters) for different kinds of fermented dairy products preparation, two pasteurization and cooling systems with a capacity of 10 000 and 5 000 liters per hour, packaging machines and fermentation tanks. New equipment operates in automatic and semi-automatic mode, manufacturing youghurt, ryazhenka, kefir, baked and pasteurized milk.
In order to improve product quality, Yagotynsky Butter Plant was equipped with modern high-tech machinery of the closed cycle from world manufacturers, which excludes direct human intervention in the production process, starting from raw materials intake to packing end products. This ensures the safety and quality of the product.
Since its foundation, the products of Yagotynsky Butter Plant are highly evaluated on national level, have a lot of rewards and diplomas. In September 2013, Yagotynsky Butter Plant passed recertification of quality management system with the international standard ISO 9001:2008.
